Redstone Grill

Redstone, at its location closest to HHS at Ridgedale Mall in Minnetonka, is a good place to go for a nicer dinner, but nothing to rave about.

The first thing I noticed when I went to Redstone for dinner is the lack of options on the menu. While it is true that different locations of Redstone have different menu options, this one was limited to mostly steaks, burgers, and other meats (except for the salads).

After deciding I wasn’t in the mood for anything too heavy (on the stomach or the wallet), I decided on a Margherita Wood-Fired Flatbread for about 13 dollars. This fell just below the average price on the menu, which was about 15-20 dollars per dinner entree.

While my flatbread was satisfying, it was nothing to get too delighted by, and I found myself envying my friend’s ribs and fries instead of my own meal.

Most of the food ordered by the rest of my table did look appetizing. I even got to try a few fries from my friend’s plate and they were quite enjoyable, but as I said before, overall the food was nothing to overexcite one’s tastebuds.

Despite this, Redstone did have a very professional and decently fancy vibe and is a great place to go for the sake of an upscale dinner with your friends.
