Football preview: Visiting the Skippers
Oct 14, 2016
Tonight the Royals will matchup against the Minnetonka Skippers. The Royals are coming into tonight’s game with a record of (3-3), while the Skippers are (4-2). After a tough loss to the Wayzata Trojans, the Royals look to bounce back tonight in a pivotal in-conference game against the Skippers.
The Royals head into tonight’s game looking for senior quarterback, Morgan Holmes, to take charge.
“I’m looking forward to the intensity, we both have a big playoff seeding decision on the line, winning tonight will put us above them,” Holmes said. “It’s a pretty big deal playing in my last in-conference game if my high school career. But I have to look past that and work hard tonight, and make sure we leave it all on the field.”
This is the second to last regular season game for the Royals, next week they will play against the Prior Lake Lakers.
The game tonight will be at the Minnetonka High School Stadium at 7.
