This Friday, September 9th, the Royals football team will host the Maple Grove Crimson. The Royals are coming into Friday’s game against the Crimson, after coming off of an impressive 52-6 victory over Coon Rapids.

The Royals, are coming into Friday’s game with hope that they can knock off a skilled Crimson team. The Crimson went 6-2 in the 2015 regular season, and made a run in the state tournament, making it all the way to the semi finals.

The Crimson are 1-0 this season, after beating the defending state champion, the Osseo Orioles last week 23-13.

The Royals are set to take on the Crimson, Friday night at 7, at the Hopkins High School stadium.
