Three emerging high school songwriters performed in a concert to showcase their talent on Wednesday, April 22.

The concert was held at the Depot Coffee House and was put on my Chris Koza, a local musician. Koza wanted to support young artists that are starting their career as musicians.

Annisa “Nissy” Wallingord, freshman at WJH, and Allie Ries, junior, performed at the concert.

Koza performed in between each act and played four songs at the end of the concert.

The artists played a mix of covers and original music.
