After years of honing their homework skills, high school sophomores and juniors are embarking on what will be their most important homework assignment of all.

More than 100 colleges and universities from throughout the country will offer information to students and their families at the HHS College Fair. The annual event attracts students seeking to discover more about where to go and what to pursue after graduation. This year, the fair will take place on Thursday, March 19.

“I am very excited to learn about different colleges and what they have to offer,” said Noah Kahn, sophomore.

“Students should come prepared to target schools that interest them with questions on topics, such as their enrollment, to get an idea of each school’s size and academic setting,” said Shanna Jadwin, student counselor.

Students will be able to use bar codes on their smart phones so that college representatives can scan them and receive information from the students, instead of students filling out information on paper.
