During this cold and drab time of year, it is more important than ever to add a bit of sparkle to your cheekbones, nose, and cupid’s bow. This is the proper application of highlighter and can either be used sparingly, or applied so that it is blinding. The following list are my top five highlighters for the holiday season. All of these are cruelty-free and perfect for either that subtle glow or can be layered for a gorgeous sparkle.
