Coming off a big win on Wednesday, May 27, vs. Mound Westonka in the first round of sections, the girls lacrosse team traveled to Eden Prairie to play a quarterfinal game against the Eagles.
In game two, the Royals blew a 3-1 lead and lost in extra innings by a score of 6-4, sending the Buffalo Bison to their first-ever state tournament appearance.
