The thriving Royals volleyball team is off to a great start, with a record of three wins and one loss. They are looking to add another win to their record today at 7 p.m. at Roseville High School.
The Royals became 2016 Section Champions after playing the No. 2 seeded Bloomington Jefferson in a 3-0 shutout on Sat. Nov. 5, advancing them to the State Tournament.
On Monday night, the Royals Volleyball team won the Lake Conference. The last time the Royals won the esteemed Lake Conference was nine years ago. However, that all changed after the Royals defeated the Eden Prairie Eagles, 3-2.

Yesterday the Royals volleyball team traveled to Wayzata to face the Trojans. The Royals went into the game knowing what they were up against, but confident and well prepared.
Last Tuesday, the Royals volleyball team beat New Prague, despite some errors that made for a tough battle. After taking a good lead in the first set, and overcoming some obstacles in the second, they finally won in the third.
