“Damn Yankees” preview

HHS responds to host fish bowl on topic of immigration

On Thursday, Nov. 8, HHS Responds will continue their goal of open discussion in the form of an Immigration Fishbowl. This event is designed to invite all students of HHS to an open-ended discussion regarding immigration.

This Halloween, students and staff at HHS are going all in on Halloween. From the costume contest put on sponsored by Student Council to trick or treating at the spirit shop, the whole school is ready for the spooky season.

ProPEL students help senior citizens with technology

The Minnetonka Community Center hosted an event called Seniors for Seniors in which ProPEL students are involved in annually. The students were paired with a senior and taught them many new things about their phones.

The Great Minnesota Get Together happens for 12 days at the end of the summer, an annual tradition for many residents. Out of all the big attractions, such as rides and concerts, the food is what draws the crowds in most.

HHS creates new club: Latin Dance Club

On Monday, February 5, students met in the cafeteria after school for the first ever Latin Dance Club session. It was organized by students Zochitl Contreras, junior, and Camille Clarke, junior. “I first reached out to Camille Clarke, who helped me get it all organized. Then once I had a team of two, three, four people that would help me get it together, I talked to Profe Owen who is our advisor for it and we got it going,” Contreras said.
