Why did you decide to run for President of HHS Student Council?

I am running for president of student council because think I can make a difference in our school and I think that I can help with the unity between the grades and between the people in our school because sometimes that is not there.

What is one specific initiative that you want to bring up and have Student Council work on next year?

Back again to the unity thing. I want to have more of a community. Possibly have more fundraisers, things that we can all work together on rather than events that are just for sophomores, just for juniors, and just for seniors.

How do you feel about the election being open to the entire HHS student body?

I think it’s a really good idea because then the students in the school have access to student council because in the past it feels like we have not been very visible. This allows for students to be able to see what we do.
