Boys tennis takes down Jefferson

On April 15, the boys tennis team held a match against Bloomington’s Jefferson High School. They ultimately won in this season opener with a score of five to two.

The Hopkins boys tennis team just finished a big match versus the Minnetonka Skippers at Minnetonka High School.

Boys’ tennis look to bounce back from the Jags

Yesterday, the Royals boys tennis team took on the Bloomington Jefferson Jaguars, losing the match 1-6. This match was in an unfamiliar location for both the Royals and Jaguars, as due to the weather the match was moved from Bloomington Jefferson High School to Lifetime Bloomington.

Chase Johnson, class of 2015 graduate, was the heart and soul of the Hopkins tennis team last season. The loss will hurt the Royals, but other players are stepping up and working to have a great season.
