Last Wed., Oct. 18, the Royals’ football team had their last regular season game against the Coon Rapid Cardinals.

Tomorrow, October 18th, the Royals regular season will come to an end after they play the Coon Rapids Cardinals at 7:00 pm. The game will be played on Wednesday instead of Friday due to the MEA break.

The Royals football team will look to end their defeated season tomorrow, October 6th, as they host the St. Thomas Academy Cadets for this year’s homecoming game.

Football hopes to get first win of the season at Chanhassen

This Friday, September 29th, the Royals travel to Chanhassen to face the Storm (2-2) in the start of the second half of the season. This game will be played at 4 p.m. due to religious holidays.

Football drops fourth straight game after losing to SLP

Last Friday, September 22nd, the Royals unfortunately extended their losing streak to four games when they lost to the Spring Lake Park Panthers 7-20. The Royals were able to stay in the game the whole time, but still came up short as they moved to 0-4. The Royals didn’t get burned on the deep ball this game, but they still weren’t able to stop big plays from happening.

The Royals football team, after coming off their third straight loss, will come back home to play the Spring Lake Park Panthers this Friday, September 22nd.

Recap: Football loses to Wildcats 20-38

Last night, the Royals football team took their second loss of the season 20-38 to the Waconia Wildcats. The Royals defense,again, struggled early in the game but this time they weren't able to turn things around. They continually got burned deep through the game and the Wildcats made them pay with that.
